Return Eligibility

Condition of Items: The items being returned must be in unused, unopened, and resellable condition. They must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase must be provided with the return. This ensures we can verify the purchase and process your return efficiently.
Non-returnable Items: Some products, including personalized items, digital downloads, or items marked as “non-returnable,” may not be eligible for return. Please check product details for any exceptions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the items.
Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including the Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, and in original condition).
Processing the Refund or Exchange: After inspection, we will process your return by issuing either a refund or an exchange based on your preference.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund according to the following guidelines:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item shipped, or an error on our part. If the return is due to one of these reasons, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is returned in a condition that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts. This will be determined during the inspection process.
Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different size or product, we will assist you in selecting the item of your choice. The exchange item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs for the return and exchange or refund process. You will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
Replacement or Refund: Upon receipt of the defective or incorrect item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.
Late Returns
If you return an item after the 30-day return window, we may not be able to offer a refund. However, we will assess each case individually. Returns received beyond 30 days may be eligible for store credit or an exchange, depending on the situation.
Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will issue a store credit or exchange the item for something else. The original purchaser will not be notified of the return.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
We strive to make our return policy clear and straightforward, but certain items are not eligible for returns. These include:
